Returns & Exchanges

• Unworn items with original tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In their original packaging where possible

Underwear, swimwear, and sale items marked "final sale" can't be returned, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

1. Email returns@vskonne.co.za with your order number.
2. We send you a collection label for Pargo or Courier Guy.
3. Drop it off — refund processed within 5 working days of receipt.

We don't do direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size or colour you want, and return the original. It's faster than holding the new item while we receive the old one.

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo within 7 days. We'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full.
