Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa and Mastercard, Ozow (instant EFT), SnapScan, and manual EFT. All payments are processed securely — we never store card details.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Card payments run through our payment provider with TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. We don't see or store card numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within an hour of placing it and we'll do our best. Once it's with the courier, you'll need to wait for delivery and return it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Express is 1–2 working days to major centres.
Do you ship outside South Africa?+
Not yet via the site. If you're in SADC, email hello@vskonne.co.za and we'll quote you directly.
Can I collect from a pickup point?+
Yes — select Pargo at checkout to choose your nearest pickup point. Cheaper than door-to-door.
Returns & sizing
How do returns work?+
30 days, unworn, tags on. Email returns@vskonne.co.za and we send a collection label. Refund within 5 working days of receipt.
Do you do exchanges?+
No direct exchanges — order the size you want and return the original. It's faster.
What size am I?+
Check our size guide. Most pieces fit true to size; we note any exceptions on each product page.
The brand
Where is Vskonne based?+
South Africa. All orders ship from our warehouse in Joburg.
Where are your clothes made?+
A mix of South African and overseas manufacturing partners, chosen by what each piece needs to be done well.
Do you have a physical store?+
Not yet. For now we run online only — keeps prices honest.
